Road Safety Line – Diwali Milan 2025

Road Safety Line has been working selflessly for road safety awareness for the past 23 years. Lack of awareness continues to be the leading cause of road accidents. Although people know the rules, many fail to follow them in practice. To address this gap, Road Safety Line has undertaken extensive awareness campaigns, workshops, and seminars, reaching more than 52,000 students so far.

As part of these efforts, a unique initiative was launched five years ago—a Road Safety Painting Competition. What began with 300 students has now grown into a major annual event. This year, the competition will be held from 17th to 19th November 2025, covering 3,000 students from 60 schools.

During the Diwali Milan Program held on 08 November 2025, the poster for the 2025 Painting Competition was officially released by Smt. Nidhi Singh, Additional Transport Commissioner, Rajasthan.

The competition is divided into three categories, viz. Class 3–5, 6–8, and 9–12. Attractive electronic gadgets worth ₹2,000 to ₹31,000 will be awarded as prizes. The goal is to instil awareness among children today so that over the next decade, they grow into responsible citizens and help create safer roads for all.

Smt. Nidhi Singh also unveiled a special folder highlighting the ongoing activities and initiatives of Road Safety Line.

As part of the celebration, Diwali gifts were distributed to the Road Safety Line members and patrons.
