Terms & Conditions
Organised by: Road Safety Line, Jaipur, under the guidance of The Transport Commissioner (Govt. of Rajasthan).
1. Eligibility
1.1 The competition is open to school students of Classes III–XII from recognised schools in Rajasthan.
1.2 Schools officially invited by Road Safety Line may nominate up to 50 students per school.
1.3 Individual students whose schools are not participating may register directly through the “Direct Student Registration Form”.
1.4 Direct registrations will be accepted only from students whose schools are not registered for PPC–2025. If a direct student belongs to a participating school, their registration shall be cancelled automatically.
1.5 The poster painting competition for direct students shall be held on the spot at the notified venue.
2. Categories
Group A: Classes III to V
Group B: Classes VI to VIII
Group C: Classes IX to XII
3. Theme
All participants must create their artwork on the theme:
“ROAD SAFETY”

Group C (Class IX–XII)
1st Prize – Worth ₹30,000
2nd Prize – Worth ₹20,000
3rd Prize – Worth ₹15,000
11 Consolation Prizes – ₹2,100 each
Group B (Class VI–VIII)
1st Prize – ₹10,000
2nd Prize – ₹7,500
3rd Prize – ₹5,000
Group A (Class III–V)
1st Prize – ₹4,000
2nd Prize – ₹3,000
3rd Prize – ₹2,000
6. Material & Guidelines
6.1 Road Safety Line shall provide A3-size drawing sheets to schools and direct students.
6.2 All students (from school or direct) must bring their own colouring materials (any medium allowed) AND a drawing board or hard flat board.
6.3 Schools shall display the official event banner provided by RSL.
6.4 Paintings must not contain any personal identifiers such as student’s name, class, or school.
6.5 A unique coding sheet will be provided to ensure anonymity.
6.6 Each school must submit their top 10 shortlisted paintings by the deadline.
6.7 Late submissions shall not be accepted.
7. Evaluation
7.1 The Central Jury, headed by Padma Shri Tilak Gitai, will evaluate the shortlisted entries.
7.2 The jury’s decision shall be final and binding.
7.3 Evaluation criteria will include:
Relevance to the theme
Creativity & originality
Composition & colour balance
Message clarity
8. Awards Ceremony
8.1 Winners shall be invited to a felicitation event in the first week of December 2025.
8.2 The contest venue and other details for the direct students will be communicated through email/WhatsApp/SMS.
9. Rights & Permissions
9.1 By participating, students and schools grant Road Safety Line the right to reproduce, publish, or exhibit their artwork (with name credit) in print, digital, or media form for awareness purposes.
9.2 The artwork shall become the property of Road Safety Line for further use in road safety campaigns.
10. General
10.1 No participation fee is charged.
10.2 Decision of Road Safety Line on all matters shall be final.
10.3 By registering, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
